the site is clear, the string lines are up. time to get to work.

clearing the site and laying out the addition perimeter took nearly two weeks due to some very large yucca 
trees along the perimeter. they were beautiful and old and we tried to save them but their roots extended deep
under our new foundation. the rootball of a yucca lies just under the ground surface and if it remains intact
while the tree is coming down it can be easily replanted later.
